Snee Farm Golf Outings

Snee Farm Country Club is a private facility offering a beautifully manicured George Cobb Golf Course.
Located off of Hwy 17 in Mt. Pleasant, SC Snee Farmoffers the best in event organization.
With the length of the course measuring 6983 yards from the back tees, in a natural low country setting, the numerous tree lined fairways and the vast amount of wetland hazards, Snee Farm will challenge all levels of the golf game.
Your golf outing is a very special event! Our service will begin the moment you arrive at our Club. Snee Farm Country Club Golf Staff, headed by 3 PGA Professional, will handle all the details insuring your event will be professionally managed, enjoyable and most of all, "A Memorable Tournament Experience" for players and organizers alike.

Club facilities include a full service grill and lounge, fully stocked Golf Shop and a complete practice facility.

The following information explains our Outing/Tournament packages that can include anywhere from 40 to 100 players, reservation guidelines, and a "How-To" section to help in your planning.

Tournament & Outing Packages

What We Offer:
Monday (40+ players)

Outings includes the following items and services:
• Green Fee and cart for one round of golf
• Practice balls set-up at the range one hour prior to tee-off
• Bag Drop and cart service
• Tournament rules sheet, cart identification signs and prepared score cards
• Scoreboard set-up and scoring service
• Prize table preparation
• On-Course play monitoring by professional staff

Additional services include:
• Gift Certificates for rounds of golf or Merchandise in our Pro Shop (Additional Charge)
• On site catering menu items (Additional Charge)
• Box lunches (Additional Charge)
• Beverage options (Additional Charge)
• Beverage Cart service (Additional Charge)
• Player Gift Packages (hats, shirts, towels, golf balls, etc, at Additional Charge)

Group Clinics: (Additional Charge)
Our PGA Professionals can help make your event an exciting and rewarding experience even for your beginning and novice golfers. Prior to the start of play have one of our instructors give members of your group a warm up clinic. We will cover all the basics, giving even the newest of golfers confidence as they head to the first tee.

Monday Outings require a minimum of 40 players and a maximum of 100 players and are shotgun

Merchandise:
Snee Farm has a fully stocked Golf Shop to satisfy all of your tournament prize and gift needs.


Terms and Conditions

Deposit:
A non-refundable $500.00 is required to guarantee your event date. This deposit will be credited to your final bill ( Balance of $2500 is due on the day of play). Your requested date is tentative, and will only be confirmed upon receiving your signed contract and deposit.

Player Confirmation:
Confirmation of the final number of players is required 7 days before your event. On the day of the event, the actual number of guests may not vary by more than 10% of the anticipated total. A list of all players, their pairings and handicaps (if applicable) must be provided to the club no later than 48 hours prior to your outing. A $100.00 surcharge will be added tothe bill for failure to comply with the 48-hour deadline.

Weather:
Events will be played rain or shine except in the event of severe weather or if club management closes the course. In either case, the club will credit your fees and reschedule the event.

Speed of Play:
Proper pace of play (2 hours & 15 minutes per nine holes) is required to help insure the enjoyment of all players. The Club reserves the right to monitor play and require players that cannot keep pace to allow other groups through or advance to their proper place on the course. After repeated warnings, violators will be asked to leave the course.


Dress Code:
Snee Farm Country Club maintains a dress code for the golf course, practice area, and all club facilities. Proper attire includes: golf shirt with collars and sleeves, golf sweatshirt, golf slacks, Bermuda length golf shorts (up to four inches above the knee). Blue jeans or denim of any kind are not permitted on Club premises! Proper attire does not include: tee shirts,tank tops, mesh shirts, collar-less shirts, coach’s shorts, sweatpants, cut-off denim, or swim wear.

Liability:
It is understood that the use of the facilities and golf carts of Snee Farm Country Club is solely at the risk of the outing participants. Snee Farm Country Club is in no way liable for injury or damage of any nature whatsoever that may arise from the use of the golf course or golf carts. The group agrees to hold Snee Farm Country Club harmless from any claims arising out of any such use and such indemnification is made on behalf of the group and outing participants.

Cart Liability:
In the event of a cart-related accident, the coordinator named in the contract will be responsible for furnishing the name, address and phone number of the individual(s) involved in the accident. If this information is not provided, the group understands that they are responsible for any damages to the golf carts that may occur during the outing while the carts are in the possession of the participants.

Payment:
Full payment is due prior to beginning play on the day of your event. Company checks, Visa, Master Card and American Express are acceptable methods of payment. All charges must be applied to a master account; one single payment is required for the entire outing on the day of the event.

Foot Wear:
Snee Farm is a non-metal spike facility. Spikes may be changed at $10.00 per pair. Please allow 30 minutes for changing.
